About the Role:
As a Senior Regulatory Director at Blackfield Associates, you will be responsible for developing and leading the regulatory strategy across lifecycle and new development assets. You will work closely with the leadership team to build recommendations based on best practices and advise on systems to support business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative regulatory strategies globally while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Building relationships with regulatory authorities and ensuring timely approvals.
- Overseeing and contributing to the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory documents to health authorities like the MHRA, FDA, EMA, and others.

Key Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or similar in a relevant scientific field such as Chemistry, biology, pharmacy or life sciences.
- At least 8 years of experience in global regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 4 direct reports in a highly cross-functional business.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of around $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a flexible work arrangement that requires presence in the office on a 3 days per week basis.
