Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a small team of Retail Assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively to drive sales
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, store appearance, and health and safety
  • Manage cash handling and security procedures to prevent loss and ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the store manager in achieving sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, cash handling, and health and safety procedures
