Job Description:

Flourish Education is recruiting for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to work at a local school near Stratford-upon-Avon on a full-time basis. Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their staffing team.

The school is seeking a long-term SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 learning support to a child with Autism in KS2. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with SEND.

The responsibilities of this Teaching Assistant role include encouraging the child's learning and development, delivering interventions, and working closely with the SENDCO and the class teacher.

This role will be full-time and is due to start in the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2 qualification, UK school experience, and the ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupil.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant with Flourish Education, you will receive excellent benefits, including a competitive salary, a £100 welcome to the team bonus, and the option of PAYE or Umbrella. You will also receive holiday pay, pension contributions, and KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training.
