About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Model Manager to join our Building Services team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing MEP Model Management services to our colleagues in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively mentor Digital Engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to align with Ramboll's standard ways of working.
  • Work closely with project managers to support successful delivery of MEP projects from conception to completion, ensuring Ramboll and industry standards are met.
  • Aid bidding teams on MEP BIM-related queries.
  • Initialise project setup on ACC and prepare models for use by the design team.
  • Set up MEP BIM digital delivery kick-off meetings for each project design team and complete Ramboll's standard project documentation.
  • Liaise with external parties on BIM and model-related queries and issues, and be confident chairing meetings and workshops to resolve these.
  • Be the point of contact for internal design teams on all BIM/Revit-related queries.
  • Ongoing model coordination checking.
  • Provide quality control and assess adherence to standards of all Ramboll-authored deliverables formats.
  • Hold completed project reviews and feedback to Digital Design teams to maintain continuous learning.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in:

  • The authoring of Revit MEP models.
  • Management of external design team members' models and information.
  • Expert working knowledge of Autodesk software, with good knowledge of other platforms beneficial.
  • Ability to use time productively and work efficiently to achieve team/project goals.
  • Manage and mentor teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
