About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team in Bournemouth, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and assessing tender documentation to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions that meet the client's requirements.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices.
  • Presenting tender submissions and contributing to decision-making meetings.
  • Analysing and incorporating tender returns into final submissions and handover packs.

Requirements:
  • Strong estimating and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software.
