Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, individualised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to adults, children, and young people with long-term or life-limiting conditions.
  • Utilise valuable clinical skills to provide flexible care solutions.
  • Work with a variety of service users, including those with spinal injury care, acquired brain injury care, and degenerative and/or neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Previous experience of supporting children, adults, or both.
  • Experience in airway management, ventilation management, and suctioning.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
