Job Title: Lifeguard - Ultimate Holiday Camps - Halstead St Andrew's School, Woking

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children on our camps during swimming sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional lifeguarding services during swimming sessions, ensuring the safety of children at all times.
  • Prepare and deliver activities for children aged 4-14, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.
  • Take a pastoral role as a group leader, welcoming new children into your group and liaising with the Camp Manager and/or parents as necessary.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times.
  • Continuously promote the welfare of children in your care.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lifeguard (NARS or NPLQ) with a minimum depth in line with the facilities at the camp you apply to work at.
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children through play and activity.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • A flexible, team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
