We are seeking an exceptional Drama Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach GCSE and A-Level Drama, develop their skills in curriculum planning, and assess student progress.

Job Description:

  • Teach GCSE and A-Level Drama to students in a collaborative and stimulating learning environment.
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide regular feedback, and contribute to their personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field, with a strong emphasis on pedagogy and practice.
  • PGCE or QTS in Drama, with a focus on curriculum design and delivery.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Drama Teacher, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Working with Us:

  • We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, paid to scale on a permanent contract.
