About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our Plant and Tool division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for loading, delivering, and collecting heavy plant equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and delivering heavy plant equipment to customer sites
  • Collecting equipment from customer sites and returning it to our depot
  • Conducting pre-delivery and post-delivery checks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working safely and efficiently to meet customer deadlines
Requirements
  • Class 2 driving licence with a valid Digital Tachograph card
  • Driver CPC with a minimum of 35 hours completed
  • Recent experience of towing trailers
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
