Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term campaign strategies to increase traffic, leads, and subscriptions
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance from an ROI and customer lifetime value perspective
  • Continuously improve campaign performance by building and running tests, measuring results, and iterating based on test outcomes
  • Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging new tools, ad formats, and audience targeting opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution, reporting, and landing page development
What You'll Need:
  • Technical understanding of marketing tracking solutions, analytics, and SEM advertising platforms
  • Data-focused mindset with a passion for numbers and ROI conversations
  • Customer insight and ability to develop effective campaigns based on that insight
  • Test and learn approach to marketing with a proven ability to create test hypotheses, execute tests, and measure test outcomes
  • Ability to leverage data from different sources to inform campaign optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
