Job Summary

We are recruiting a Housing Standards Support Officer to work closely with our client's team in Surrey. This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process HMO applications, renewals, and revocations in accordance with The Housing Act 2004.
  2. Manage housing complaints and HMO licensing cases.
  3. Handle incoming phone calls and assign cases to the relevant Housing Standard Officer.
  4. Compose and distribute HMO expiry reminder letters.
  5. Review payments for HMO renewals to ensure accuracy.
