About the Role:

The Seaton Lane Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the daily running of the inn, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in the daily operation of the inn, including managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage the inn's inventory, including ordering and stock control.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
