Overview


Our client, a well-established legal practice in Cornwall, is recognized as one of the largest law firms in the region, known for delivering high-quality legal services in a welcoming and approachable environment.

With multiple offices throughout the area, they have been supporting local individuals, families, and businesses for over two centuries.


Due to significant growth within the firm, they are currently looking for a skilled Estate Planning Solicitor to join their dynamic and expanding Private Client Department in Helston.

As a member of their team, you will deliver comprehensive legal services to clients, overseeing a variety of private client matters.

Key Duties:
Drafting wills, managing estate administration, and preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs)
Handling a varied caseload from initial instruction to completion
Balancing conflicting priorities while maintaining high standards throughout the process
Ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships with clients

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in private client matters and possess the following skills and qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Demonstrated expertise in will drafting, estate management, and LPAs
Strong attention to detail and capability to manage complex caseloads
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
