**Job Summary**

Wilson James is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation and compliance with our client's Global Anti-Piracy policy at all events, screenings, and special events.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with the client's Global Anti-Piracy policy at all events, screenings, and special events.
  • Supervise and manage a team of Compliance Administrators to ensure effective implementation of the policy.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of First Aid and Fire Marshal trained personnel.
  • Arrange the provision of First Aid at Work courses and Fire Marshal training for the client's staff.
  • Maintain an inventory of First Aid equipment, Automated External Defibrillators, and Evacuation chairs.
  • Arrange the procurement of First Aid equipment and manage a replacement/replenishment program.
  • Ensure Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) are up to date where required.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent planning, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with the client, site management, and peers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proactive and conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Understanding and appreciation of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • IOSH - Managing safely.
  • ILM level 3 Management or team leadership.
