Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swimming Teacher. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver swimming lessons to groups and individuals, following a structured lesson plan and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and making adjustments to lesson plans as needed.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting a love of swimming and aquatic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver swimming programs, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.
