We are seeking a dedicated PE Coach / PE Assistant to support students in one of our established Pupil Referral Units. The successful candidate will work with students to help them manage and improve their behaviour in a PE classroom setting.
The Role:- Develop and implement individual behaviour plans in collaboration with the SENCO and teachers.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, promoting positive behaviour, self-esteem, and resilience.
- Act as a role model and provide pastoral support when needed.
- Minimum GCSE qualifications in English and Maths.
- A strong character that can manage students with challenging behaviour.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred but not required.
- Proactive mindset to take initiative.
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Prioritisation skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
