About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employment Adviser at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting unemployed job seekers in finding and sustaining employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with job seekers to identify challenges and barriers to employment
  • Book job seekers onto relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, and personal development
  • Support job seekers with CV writing and job application processes
  • Liaise with employers to identify employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Conduct outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community
Requirements
  • Demonstrate coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience working in a performance-target driven environment
  • Ability to travel locally to meet customers/employers
  • Minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma in combination with GCSE English Language Grade B or above
