- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with BRC Packaging Standards and HACCP principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new business projects and support quality initiatives.
- Provide guidance and supervision to a small team of QA Technicians.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the packaging or food industry.
- HACCP Level 3 certification (minimum).
- BRC training and experience.
