We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Thrive SW. As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical planned, reactive, and emergency breakdown tasks, as well as completing associated paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repair tasks on commercial properties
  • Complete associated paperwork and documentation
  • Remedial works and testing
  • Be on a call-out rota to provide out-of-hours cover
  • Oversee visiting sub-contractors and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Adopt a flexible attitude to assist with other properties within the portfolio
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Electrician
  • 17th Edition or 18th edition certification
  • Testing experience
  • Testing and Inspection desirable
  • Experience working in commercial environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving License
