Sales Superstar Wanted - Drive Success in FMCG
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to grow our business and make a real impact in the FMCG world.
About the Role:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining ongoing customer business plans, focusing on account sales, profit objectives, and marketing support. You will motivate and manage route to market customers to increase business and drive brand reach, delivering on Company KPIs and your own targets by conducting effective commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and review customer business plans with clear sales and profit objectives
* Motivate and manage route to market customers to increase business and drive brand reach
* Deliver on Company KPIs and your own targets through effective commercial negotiations
* Support the Head of Sales in implementing new business strategies and developing a pool of leads in the region
What We Offer:
* Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Car allowance of £5,000 per year

Requirements:
* Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L and Gross Profit
* History of business development success, especially in opening new accounts
