Job Description

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of our Credit FP&A team, driving performance forward by partnering with our digital products, risk, and operational teams. You will be responsible for crafting a coherent story and plan, to which the business is held accountable, through weekly and monthly forecasts, as well as the annual budgeting exercise. This is a business partnering role in the truest sense, where you will gain the knowledge to challenge the business and be challenged in turn.

You will work closely with stakeholders to break down complex financial data into actionable insights, providing critical input to drive the company's performance forward through detailed analysis and proactive recommendations. This will include impact policy decisions have on P&L.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Forecasting and budgeting cycles, partnering with Credit Risk, and breaking down complex financial data into actionable insights.
  2. Commercial finance, business partnering, or a background in FP&A.
  3. Anaplan or cloud-based financial systems (nice-to-have but not essential if able to build models).
  4. Ideally from Lender, Retail Bank, Card/Merchant Acquirer, FinTech, or Challenger Banking environment.
  5. Market Leading company benefits package.
