Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Care Manager and Care Team to deliver exceptional care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance visits, phone calls, and community events to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Perform follow-up activities as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and care plan effectiveness.
- Provide care for clients as required, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compassion.
- Manage client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct observations and assessments of new Care Professionals to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Perform shadow and support visits to maintain our high standard of services and ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, Care Professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Be available to work weekends as required to meet business needs.
- Conduct client and Care Professional introductions, brief Care Professionals on client care plans, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Be responsible for on-call management and ensure 24/7 coverage.
Benefits
- A competitive annual salary of £23,000 - £25,000.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by a day per year after 2 years to a maximum of 25 days.
- An additional day's holiday on your birthday.
