We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Clark Wood - Tax Recruitment. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering corporate tax engagements for a range of clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and international tax issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax compliance processes in line with regulatory requirements.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor on tax matters.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay informed about changes in tax legislation and industry trends to offer clients the most current advice.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with significant experience in corporate tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations.
