Job Overview
Carefound Group is seeking a Professional Care Assistant to provide companionship and support to individuals in their own homes. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives, promoting well-being and independence.

As a key member of our team, you will build meaningful relationships with clients, supporting them with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management. Your kind heart, patience, and understanding will create a safe and comforting environment for those in your care.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license, a car, and be willing to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Helping with mobility and staying active
  • Supporting with medication management and specialist needs
  • Performing light housekeeping and cooking tasks
  • Running errands, such as shopping or picking up prescriptions
