We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Engagement Officer in the North of England.

About the Role

As an Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships with the fire and rescue services in your area, working collaboratively with our national team of fundraisers to secure much-needed income for The Fire Fighters Charity.

You will plan and schedule visits to stations, manage and maintain personal data, and record outcomes on our Customer Relations Management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fire and rescue services in the North of England
  • Work with the national team to secure income for The Fire Fighters Charity
  • Plan and schedule visits to stations and training centres
  • Manage and maintain personal data and record outcomes on our CRM software
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Competence in standard Microsoft packages
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Proficient use of social media and apps
  • A good knowledge of the UK Fire and Rescue Service community
  • Knowledge of legal requirements relating to fundraising and data protection
