About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our responsive repairs team. As a multiskilled carpenter, you will be responsible for undertaking reactive day-to-day repairs in residents' properties, achieving first-time fix, and delivering high-standard workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake reactive day-to-day repairs in residents' properties
  • Achieve first-time fix and deliver high-standard workmanship
  • Manage resident expectations and provide follow-on service
  • Maintain and update PDA devices with work schedules and key information

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector
  • Core strength trade background in Carpentry with skills in other trades
  • Full UK driving licence as travel between properties is required

Benefits:
