Job Title: Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal

Stone Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to manage property transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process for residential properties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary information.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations in all transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their transactions.
  • Handle any queries or issues that may arise during the conveyancing process in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own case load.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A solid understanding of IT systems relevant to the conveyancing process.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
