Clinical Specialist Cardiac MRI Radiographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac MRI Radiographer to join our team of experienced professionals in a private clinic based in the heart of London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Diagnostic Radiography and a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in MRI scanning, with a focus on Cardiac MRI.

The ideal candidate will be fully competent in all Cardiac MRI scans and have a deep understanding of MRI physics.

The role involves working in a dynamic and flexible environment, with a mix of long and short shifts spread across 5 days, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be part of a warm and friendly team of 30 Radiographers, specializing in a variety of scans, including MSK, Neuro, Urology, and Cardiac.

The clinic is equipped with the latest Siemens MRI scanners, including a 3.5T machine, and is rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Cardiac MRI scans to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MRI physics
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a first-class patient experience
  • Contribute to the development of the service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
Requirements:
  • HCPC registered
  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate MRI scanning experience
  • Ideally 2 years Cardiac MRI experience
