Job Summary:

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Superintendent to oversee the successful management of various small fit out and groundworks projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining high health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with regular subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of small fit out and groundworks projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  2. Monitor and maintain high health and safety standards on all project sites.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with regular subcontractors, including a small groundworks business, a fencing business, and an M&E contractor.
  4. Travel to project sites to check on progress, issue work to subcontractors, and relay any issues to the Contracts Manager.
  5. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  6. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

SSSTS is desirable, and a carpentry background is advantageous. You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders, and have a proven track record of managing projects to a high standard.
