Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to lead our autocentre team to success and drive business performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and training.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that all team members receive the support they need to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills. You will also be IT proficient and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
This is a full-time position working 5 days a week with a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, plus an uncapped bonus scheme offering an average of £10,000 per year. Benefits include 5.6 weeks' annual leave, up to 50% off garage bills, and discounts on various products and services.
