Building Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited in North London. The successful candidate will be working on a planned maintenance contract for a leading social housing provider, covering kitchen and bathroom installations, window replacements, and other planned works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned maintenance works on social housing properties, including kitchen and bathroom installations, window replacements, and other planned works.
  • Work closely with the client's maintenance team to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.
  • Conduct site visits to assess the condition of properties and identify any necessary works.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the client on the progress of works and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
