Check Management Operations Assistant

Candidates are sought for the position of Check Management Operations Assistant in Manchester, working under the guidance of the Check Manager and Commercial Co-ordinator. As a Check Management Operations Assistant, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the efficient project delivery of aircraft back to customers within agreed timescales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in ensuring all tasks are signed off onsite prior to work commencement and before potential over-runs.
- Develop and maintain task card over-runs for commercial review, focusing on budget alignment.
- Offer expert advice on non-productive bookings and monitor budgets on task cards.
- Generate daily customer status reports, facilitating regular progress meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Equivalent qualification in aviation or a similar mechanical engineering field.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, capable of adapting to changing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, and possession of a full UK driving licence.

Salary Details: Estimated salary range £45,000-£55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
