About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OT Delivery Lead to join our Control Centre Technologies Centre of Excellence at SSE Enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading solution development teams to realise the product roadmap and critical role for building capability within the relevant area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of operational technology solutions with a focus on tangible business outcomes in accordance with the business strategy, using Agile methodologies.
  • Establishing and maintaining highly effective relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders at all levels, and business teams to ensure that interfaces work correctly.
  • Managing the product and delivery teams, and wider stakeholders as required, across the end-to-end product lifecycle to ensure that resultant systems/services deliver the specified outcomes, within budget and timescale, without introducing technical debt.
  • Analysing problems, taking action, and progressing issues as appropriate, ensuring follow-through to resolution and removing blockers.
  • Providing input into the governance process itself, including the methods and tools to be used.
