About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Faade Designer to join our client's Antrim-based team. As a pivotal operational lynchpin, you will support and drive the implementation of Internal Progress Status Sheets for all ongoing projects, providing guidance and support to CAD Technicians as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all outputs are in accordance with ISO 9001 and maintain accurate audit trail documentation.
  • Produce and design approval drawings in line with project specifications for Architects, clients, and contractors.
  • Support the wider contracts team by contributing to the RFI process and quantifying and ordering materials required for contractual items.
  • Compile drawing packages for on-site teams and liaise with other departments/3rd parties to ensure shared understanding of CAD requirements for each project.
  • Create 'As Built' packages for clients upon completion, maintaining communication pipelines with them throughout the lifecycle of the works.
Requirements
  • Proven Faade Designer experience working on £multi-million packages on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and solid computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and analytical/problem-solving skills, with the ability to trouble-shoot within the confines of a pressurised, live construction scenario.
