Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Asset Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HR-related administration and supporting the wider HR team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

As an Asset Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR processes, working closely with our EH recruitment team and other HR teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of our HR Shared Service offering.

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in an HR operational delivery role, ideally within a Shared Service structure. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have previous experience of working with HR Systems. Knowledge of Workday is desirable.
