Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our dynamic Outpatient Department team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional patient care, adhering to NHS standards and guidelines
- To maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatment plans
- To collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow
- To assist with clinical procedures, including preparation of equipment and materials
- To contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance within the department
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to duties and hours
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
