Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market.
  • Deliver bespoke solutions to meet the unique recruitment needs of candidates.
  • Recruitment experience of no less than 3 years within either an Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Agency role.
  • Experience of Financial Services Recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Hold a valid and full UK Driving Licence.
