We are looking for a seasoned Financial Management Lead to oversee the financial operations of our contingent workforce management business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in invoicing/accounts receivable, accounts payable/purchasing, billing, and payroll.

This role involves working closely with Sales, HR, Client Services, and Implementations to ensure the continued smooth operation of our financial functions. Strong international experience, including an understanding of other countries' finance rules, legislations, and tax laws, is essential.

Responsibilities include creating and presenting clear documents, serving as a consultant, driving discussions to develop solutions, and providing leadership and management.
