Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our team at Maison Estelle, a leading hospitality company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving cost-effective purchasing, optimizing storage and distribution, and ensuring quality and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with experience in procurement, stock management, or supply chain management. You will work closely with operational teams to develop and implement effective procurement processes, manage inventory levels, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve efficiency
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storage, issuing, and traceability of all products
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices, maximizing profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards, including risk assessments and stock rotation

• Proven experience in procurement, stock management, or supply chain management, ideally in the hospitality sector
• Experience with ProcureWizard or similar software
• Expertise in inventory systems, stock rotation, and compliance with safety standards

• A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
