We are seeking a skilled Linen Porter to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining linen control, ensuring accurate counts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain linen control reports and records
- Work to daily schedules and ensure accurate linen counts
- Ensure security of linen room keys and the linen room
- Assist guests and display good customer care and social skills
- Deal with guest complaints or compliments and refer to senior management as needed
- Work in cooperation with staff and management
- Attend hotel and departmental training sessions
- Work within all Health & Safety requirements
- Passionate and willing to learn
