The selected candidate must be able to work 45-50 hours per week in a well-equipped and organised kitchen that boasts a 5-star hygiene rating.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing kitchen operations and staff
- Developing and implementing menus
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring efficient use of resources and inventory
