Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion of our Private Client department, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Growth & Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the market and enhancing our reputation as a leading law firm.
- Client Services: Deliver exceptional legal advice and services to clients, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate, while fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
- Business Development: Engage in business development initiatives to grow our client base and enhance our reputation, working closely with other departments and partners to leverage collective expertise and resources.
- Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, working closely with other departments and partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
