About the Role:
Certus Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team at this outstanding primary school in Hoddesdon. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and fostering a stimulating learning environment that promotes each child's social, emotional, and educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of educational activities that captivate and motivate young children.
- Observe and facilitate the learning and development of the children.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming classroom setting.
- Work collectively with team members to enhance the educational experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development and achievements.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare and Education.
- Prior experience in an early years educational setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Capable of working effectively both in a team and on an individual basis.
