Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking high-quality meals within your designated section. Your focus will be on ensuring consistency and presentation meet company and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and Cook High-Quality Meals: You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals within your designated section, ensuring consistency and presentation meet company and client expectations.
  2. Maintain Cleanliness and Organisation: You will maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section, ensuring all equipment and kitchen areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene.
  3. Ensure Food Safety: You will ensure food safety and hygiene compliance by adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a contract catering environment.
  2. Knowledge of Kitchen Operations: Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  3. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of kitchen staff.
