About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Counter Manager to lead our sales and service team at a prominent retail location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, build customer relationships, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash handling to ensure operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer insights, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Manage in-store events, promotions, and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management
  • Leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
