Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of experienced data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake and Microsoft Azure, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Strong background in data engineering with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Significant experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Data Factory and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement data pipelines that meet business requirements.
- Experience with data quality metrics and data governance.
