We are seeking a skilled MEP CAD/Revit Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Building Services across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist mechanical and electrical design teams in creating 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models using Revit software.
  2. Prepare calculations, design specifications, and coordinate building information modelling for clients.
  3. Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, quality assurance processes, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Ability to create AutoCAD drawings for M&E projects.
  • Hands-on approach to assisting with projects from inception to completion.
  • Proactive understanding of industry developments within Building Services.
Salary Information:

An estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
