Fundamental Hospitality seeks a skilled and dedicated Executive Culinary Team Member to join our team in the heart of the kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for creating memorable dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing outstanding customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Equivalent education or diplomas in professional cookery.
  • A neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance that reflects positively on Fundamental Hospitality.

You will also possess excellent communication and learning abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Culinary Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking food to maintain quality and agreed standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment, adhering to company procedures for temperature checks, food labeling, and cleaning schedules.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including receiving deliveries and storing supplies.
Working Conditions

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, requiring you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods. You will also need to lift up to 25 pounds and use equipment regularly.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, plus benefits including meal allowances, uniform provision, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
