Job Title: Head of Advanced Product Sales

Join Raytheon Systems as a key member of our sales team and take on the challenge of leading our Advanced Product Sales mission area. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

About the Role

As Head of Advanced Product Sales, you will lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve demanding growth targets. You will work closely with our R&D teams to develop new opportunities and win new business. Your expertise in business strategy development and product sales will be essential in driving our sales strategy forward.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve growth targets
  • Work closely with R&D teams to develop new opportunities and win new business
  • Manage budgets and ensure alignment with sales plans
  • Coordinate and manage program associated NBI accounts, capture and proposal gate reviews, new business assessment and pipeline reviews
  • Ownership of the Advanced Products business strategy and development of a product and service development and marketing plan
  • Leadership and line management of the R&C team, maintaining a positive team dynamic and culture
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting business capture and/or sales targets. You will have a creative and entrepreneurial approach, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage and work within agreed customer and business budgets.

  • Previous experience in a business development/strategic role within the Advanced Products areas
  • Creative, energetic and entrepreneurial approach
  • Commercial awareness including intuitive risk and opportunity assessment
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting business capture and/or sales targets
  • Proven ability to develop market strategies that create opportunities
