Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations systems and software, such as Opera PMS.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages highly valued.
